AVAILABILITY
Since our shirts are hand made to order, please allow sufficient time to create your tutu tee. Typically, we ship within 10 days of receipt of order. Occasionally, a shortage of vendor materials may require us to delay your order. In that case, we will contact you with an expected date of shipment.
If the ribbon shown on the shirt is no longer available, we will substitute it for one comparable.
MATERIALS
Made in the USA, our tanks, tees and infant long sleeve shirts are a soft 100% combed ring spun cotton. Our super soft long sleeve thermals are 55% combed cotton and 45% polyester. The tulle is 100% nylon. Please allow for variances in each shirt as they are handmade. Shirt colors shown on the website may vary due to computer monitor settings. These shirts are not intended for use as sleep wear.
SALES TAX
We are a California-based company. Sales within the state of California will be charged sales tax.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash the shirts inside out in cold water. Hang them to dry. Please do not put them in the dryer.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please keep in mind that our shirts are hand crafted and therefore slight variances may occur. Each shirt is inspected before shipping to ensure that you get a quality product. If you find that you need to return or exchange a shirt, please email us for return instructions.
Returns will be accepted on unworn shirts, with tags, in original condition, and must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. If necessary, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued in the same form payment was made.
